Get more value from Comtrac by joining our live customer training and Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions. Designed exclusively for existing customers, these interactive sessions help you deepen your product knowledge, pick up practical tips, and get real-time answers to your questions.

We run these sessions regularly, with upcoming dates listed below. Simply register and join on the day, each session runs for approximately 45 minutes.

What makes these sessions different from our Help Centre videos or the Comtrac Academy is the opportunity for live interaction. They’re designed to be practical and engaging, giving you the opportunity to ask questions in real time, explore topics in more depth, revisit training when needed, and connect with other Comtrac users.

Core User Training 

This core user training session covers key areas of Comtrac: the Investigation Matrix, Task Manager, and Formal Reports. Designed to strengthen day-to-day investigative workflows, it focuses on practical use cases, how these features work together, and tips to improve efficiency and consistency in your investigations.

This admin power user training session focuses on Task Templates, creating Formal Reports, and Triage Assessment. Designed for users managing and configuring Comtrac at a higher level, the session covers practical setup and workflow management to help improve consistency, efficiency, and oversight across investigations.
