🚀 BOE / Formal Report File Uploader

For files that aren't exhibits (letters of referral, disclosure certificates etc.) but still need to be sent to stakeholders as part of the BOE / Formal Report sharing process, upload them prior to sending using Comtrac's File Uploader.

Setup by system admins in Comtrac's Report Designer, the file uploader tool can be added to any section of a BOE / Formal Report template, ready to use during your investigative or regulatory activities.

🚀 CDPP Evidence Index

An all-new Evidence Index spreadsheet, tailored to the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) e-brief guidelines, is available to export.

For Comtrac users exporting a Digital (HTML) Formal Report / Brief of Evidence, the export package now contains an "EvidenceIndex.xlsx" spreadsheet, with quick links to the exhibits themselves.

This feature is available for all customers to use, regardless of whether you work with the CDPP or not.

🚀 Associated Files Description

Naming your exhibits in groups is easy with the associated files description, providing additional context when uploading.

This allows users to conveniently group multiple exhibits associated with a particular event, notice etc. by name, for example photographs taken at a particular location, or exhibits associated with a request for information.
