Endpoints: The API endpoints listed below are for our Comtrac test environment (test-cots.comtrac.com.au). Please update them to match your organisation's environment (UAT and/or Production). Note that you won't be able to connect to our test environment.

Authentication: To connect to any of the APIs below, you'll need to use Basic Authentication. This requires your Comtrac Login Name and Password.

Case Management API

For all case management concerns including case creation, officer assignment, attachments, tasks and other incident detail updates:

For all system admin concerns including user management, list items and division management:
