8 Sep 21 Release Notes: Task Manager Enhancements

This release note discusses the new enhancement to the COMtrac Task Manager

The “Task Manager, an existing functionality within COMtrac, has had some cosmetic changes designed to enhance the user experience.

The new look Task Manager is being pushed out to your agencies User Acceptance & Testing (UAT) on 8th September 2021 for your review.

The update is scheduled to be pushed out to agency Production (PROD) environments on 10th September 2021.

The functionality of the task manager remains the same but with a new look and enhanced performance.

Please take the time to look at the new version of Task Manager in your UAT environment. If you would like to provide us with some feedback on the enhancements, we encourage you to do so through the Feedback & Support area within COMtrac or alternatively through your agencies designated COMtrac support officer.

What’s new?

• Enhanced user interface
• Filter controls are now down the left-hand side of your page
• Tasks now include a task ID number and written category of priority
