Exhibit Management Enhancements

The COMtrac team has an update to your production environment heading your way over the next 24-48hrs. Below are the details of this update.

A significant component of this release was to incorporate feedback provided by you, our greatest resource is our client base. Your feedback, as always, is greatly appreciated and valued.

To ensure requests for information, enhancements, customisations or issues are actioned, can you please utilise the COMtrac service desk located as a menu item called 'Feedback & Support' under the user profile in COMtrac or submit the ticket using the following link -

Enhancements to Exhibit Management

  • The COMtrac team took on feedback about the functionality of the Exhibit management area and in particular the return of the SAVE & NEXT function. The ability to now sort through a list of exhibits and make changes, for e.g. Changing the Category can now be done with added ease by saving and moving to the next exhibit in the list. This has become a necessity with many clients using the 'bulk upload' functionality.

  • Furthermore when you have opened an exhibit record and you then press back to return to the exhibit list, you will now see the record you were in highlighted in yellow. This allows you to keep track of where you were in the list.
